It's easy to view consecutive days in the "Week" or "Month" view of your Outlook calendar, but what if you want to view non-consecutive days? An example of why you might want to do this would be to view multiple scheduled appointments with a client that were spread out over time, perhpaps one a month over an extended period. It would be nice to see all the appointments and attendees in one view, and there's actually a pretty easy way to do so...
Open your calendar in Outlook.
On the left side of the window, click the first date you want to view from one of the small calendars displayed.
While holding down the CTRL key, click any other dates you want to view. (To remove a date, click it again while holding down the CTRL Key.)
Voila! A custom calendar view.
(And if you hold down the shift key, you can select a custom range, for instance, 9 days or 3 weeks.)
