I was working on creating a privacy policy for both this site and the NCTCS Website last week, and came across this "Privacy Policy Generator." It was created by the Direct Marketing Association, and it really is a great tool. If you have a website and collect customer or visitor information from it, you need a privacy policy, and this tool provides a simple template for creating one. Input your company information, answer some questions about the ways you may use visitor data and then sit back and let it generate a basic policy that you can begin using immediately. Once the basic policy has been created, you can add or remove information from it as you like. I'll have mine up in the next couple of weeks, and if you need one too, you should take a look.
